Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation is helping local seniors and adults who receive disability income stay cool this summer by offering free box fans.

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation’s free summer concert series, Sundown Sounds, will return to stages this summer. With a range of genres, from R&B to classic rock, beach music, funk and more, the concert series offers sounds everyone can enjoy.

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation’s outdoor water attractions will kick off summertime hours and operations on May 25. Start planning how your family will spend this summer at Mecklenburg County spraygrounds, pools and beaches.
