Bar and Band PumpMonday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 a.m. Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.It’s a bar and band workout that challenges all muscle groups and is designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit. It includes higher repetitions with light weights for maximum fatigue while building strength.

Barre BurnMonday and Friday at 9 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. 

 

Body BurnTuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. 
Body SculptTuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m., 12 p.m., and 4 p.m.Strength-based 45-minute class to tone, sculpt and create lean muscle. We will use various methods of functional training and bodybuilding technique.
Cardio Dance/FunkTuesdays at 9 a.m.(Dance) and Mondays (Funk) and Fridays at 6:30 p.m. (Funk) 
Core and MobilityFridays at 9 a.m.This class is designed to help build core muscles, improve posture & mobility, through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen, lengthen & improve range of motion.
Core and StrengthTuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. 
Cycle FitTuesdays and Thursdays at 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Fridays at 9:15 a.m.Indoor cycling is a great cardiovascular workout. It’s a mix of endurance & heart pounding jumps to epic climbs. There will be many drills & intervals. All levels welcome.
Fit KidsTuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. 
Kettlebell and CoreTuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.Meet your toughest fitness goals with this high intensity workout. This class combines functional & compound movements using a Kettlebell (KB), along with strength, & a focus on strengthening the core muscles. 
KickboxingMondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m.*Must bring own gloves* Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout that utilizes multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility &quickness. We guide you through executing the stance, punches, and kicks used during the workout.
Lift BurnMondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 a.m., 8 a.m. Mondays at 6:30 p.m and Saturdays at 8:15 a.m. 
PilatesMondays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. Using a mat on the floor, the goal is to  create a strong core with a specific series of exercises done in a sequence! Come join in on this sculpting class!
Tai Chi and Beginner Tai ChiMondays and Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. Beginner Tai Chi is Mondays at 12:45 p.m.Tai-Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Instructor led.
Vinyasa YogaMondays and Fridays at 8 a.m., Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m., Saturdays at 9:15 a.m.Join our Yoga instructors for a flowing, breath-filled & mindful class.
YogaMondays at 10:15 a.m. (Beginner), Wednesdays at 8 a.m. and  Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.(Deep Stretch), Fridays at 10:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (Power).Learn the basic foundational yoga moves designed to help align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body like Yoga Flow, Vinyasa or some of the more  advance like Power Yoga. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
Stepology and Step ItWednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 9 a.m.Traditional step class using platforms. This will tone your legs and your core, while ensuring a great cardiovascular workout.
