Buns and AbsFridays at 8 a.m.Time to fire up your core in this intense booty and ab workout; utilizing bands, weights and other gadgets
Body SculptMondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7 am. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m., 12 p.m., and 4:15pm. Strength-based 45-minute class to tone, sculpt and create lean muscle. We will use various methods of functional training and bodybuilding technique.
Cardio Dance/Fit/FunkTuesdays at 9 a.m. (Dance) and Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:15 a.m. (Fit) Mondays (Dance) and Fridays (Funk) at 6:30 pm.Join this fun & vibrant dance-workout class as they move, shake & step to the beat!
Core and MobilityFridays at 9 a.m.This class is designed to help build core muscles, improve posture & mobility, through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen, lengthen & improve range of motion.
Core and StrengthTuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. 
Cycle BeatsTuesdays and Thursdays at 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Saturdays at 9:15 a.m. and 10:15 am. Indoor cycling is a great cardiovascular workout. It’s a mix of endurance & heart pounding jumps to epic climbs. There will be many drills & intervals. All levels welcome.
Dancing without LimitsFridays at 12pm. 
Fit KidsTuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. 
HIIT/HIIT FusionTuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am and 10 am. High-Intensity Interval Training with circuits to fire up your heart rate and build strength
Kettlebell and CoreTuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.Meet your toughest fitness goals with this high intensity workout. This class combines functional & compound movements using a Kettlebell (KB), along with strength, & a focus on strengthening the core muscles. 
KickboxingMondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays at 8 a.m.*Must bring own gloves* Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout that utilizes multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility &quickness. We guide you through executing the stance, punches, and kicks used during the workout.
Line DancingWednesdays at 12:45pm. Fridays at 11:15am. Join us for some fun oldie and new line dances in the gym
Lift BurnMondays and Fridays at 6 a.m., 8 a.m. Wednesdays at 8 am. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m and Saturdays at 8:15 a.m.This class is a high impact workout that involves circuit training, with a mix agility, strength, bodyweight training, and cardio.
PilatesMondays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. Using a mat on the floor, the goal is to create a strong core with a specific series of exercises done in a sequence! Come join in on this sculpting class!
Tai Chi and Beginner Tai ChiMondays and Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. Beginner Tai Chi is Mondays at 1 p.m.Tai-Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Instructor led.
Vinyasa YogaMondays at 8 a.m., Wednesdays at 10:15 am, Saturdays at 9:15 a.m.Join our Yoga instructors for a flowing, breath-filled & mindful class.
YogaMondays at 10:15 a.m. (Beginner), Tuesdays and Thursdays (Chair) at 11:15 am. Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. (Deep Stretch), Wednesdays at 8 am. (Deep Stretch). Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Fridays at 10:15 a.m. (Power).Learn the basic foundational yoga moves designed to help align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body like Yoga Flow, Vinyasa or some of the more advance like Power Yoga. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
Stepology and StepWednesdays at 6:30 p.m. (Stepology) and Thursdays at 9 a.m. (Step It) Thursdays and Fridays at 1:15 pm. (Senior Step)Traditional step class using platforms. This will tone your legs and your core, while ensuring a great cardiovascular workout.
StrengthMondays and Wednesdays at 12pm (Strength and Tone) Thursdays at 8 am. (Strength and Stretch) Wednesdays at 6am (Strength and Stretch) Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:30pm. (Power and Strength) Strength-based workout using dumbbells.
StretchingMondays and Wednesdays at 10 am. (Flex and Stretch)Optimize athletic performance by prioritizing mobility, balance, and core strength.
