Home to several organized and recreational sports.

The Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews is a state-of-the-art facility that’s home to several organized and recreational amateur sports. Individuals or groups are able to reserve athletic fields throughout the year. 

Amenities

  • 11 multipurpose lighted fields. Nine are synthetic turf and two are natural grass.
  • 4,300-seat stadium with natural grass, lights, videoboard and locker rooms.
  • Conference room for meeting space, VIP space and team space.
