Ray's Splash Planet

All parties include 90 minutes of swimming in the splash park and 60 minutes in the party room. Due to tight scheduling, this time cannot be extended. Party room blocks and swim times are predetermined to accommodate as many guests as possible. Purchasing of two birthday party packages on the same day to extend your time is prohibited. Daily admission tickets can be purchased for all day swimming.

Upon arrival, staff will direct you and your guests to the Birthday Party Desk to check in and receive a party wrist band.Depending on your room time selection, you maybe schedule to swim first or party room first. The 60 minutes in the party room includes set up, breakdown and clean up. Guests are responsible for general clean up. Failure to do so, may incur a $50 clean up fee.

Refunds can be given (minus a 10% administrative fee) if a cancellation notice is at least 30 days before event. If cancellations are made with a two weeks’ notice, a 12-month credit may be offered to reschedule based on room and water park availability. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellations are less than 2 weeks before your even

• Certified lifeguards are on duty at all times to prevent aquatic emergencies. Please monitor behavior of
  your group.
• In the event of vomit or defecation, the pool must close for at least 30 minutes. If your party is affected,
  please speak to the Manager on Duty.
• In the event of lightning or thunder, the pool will close for at least 30 minutes and until lightning is out of a
  ten (10) mile radius.If the Splash park is closed for longer than an hour, additional swim time is not
  guaranteed but maybe provided based on availability. We will try our best to accommodate your party.
• Children 6 and older must use the same gender locker room or one of several family locker rooms.

• Swim diapers are required for children 3 years and under and for any person not potty trained.
• Proper swimming attire is required and subject to management approva

• 5yrs old and younger – 1 Adult to 3 kids
• 6yrs old and older – 1 Adult to 10 kids

• Food: No coolers, food or beverages in the Splash Park. No sterno burners or crockpots. We can not
  warm food brought in.
• No open flames except birthday candles.
• Personal inflatable devices, pool noodles, toys, alcoholic beverages, piñatas, silly string, glitter or confetti
  are NOT allowed.
• No parties or outside food allowed in the lobby areas.
