Full Body BlastLocated at the Indoor Turf area: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10am-10:45am, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:15pm, Thursdays from 12pm-12:30pmFull Body Blast: A full body circuit that focuses on functional movements and interval training. This is a challenging class that will build strength, endurance, and coordination. *Intensity Level: Moderate-High

Silver Sneakers ClassicMondays from 11am-11:45am-Studio BSilver Sneakers Classic®:  Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Mostly seated workout with the option to stand. Must be Silver Sneakers© Affiliated *Intensity: Low

H.I.I.T.Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 12pm-12:30pm-Studio AHIIT: A full body workout that combines short bursts of intense exercises, followed by short recovery. HIIT is designed to improve athletic capacity, conditioning, strength, and endurance. *Intensity Level: High

Small Group Training-Strength/ConditioningLocated on the Fitness Floor: Mondays and Wednesdays from 12pm-1pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, Tuesdays from 11am-12pm, Tuesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm, Thursdays from 11am-12pmSmall Group Training: Small group training allows you to fit your “personal training” into your budget. Combining the unique element of group training with a personal touch. Paid Program: $50 members/$70 non-members. 

Dance Fit and CardioMondays from 5:30pm-6:15pm-Studio D, Tuesdays from 11am-11:45am-Studio DDance Fit & Cardio:  Dance meets fitness! A fun, heart pumping cardio focused workout that incorporates different styles of music and dance. *Intensity: Moderate-High

Lower Body BurnMondays from 6:45pm-7:45pm-Studio DLower Body Burn: Increase your lower body strength and endurance using dumbbells, kettlebells + more! Challenge your legs and glutes while pushing your lower body limits. *Intensity: Low-Moderate

Sun Salute YogaTuesdays from 7am-8am-Studio DSun Salute Yoga: Awaken the mind and body with a gentle movement and breath practice that will clear your mind, activate the body, and prepare you for the day. *Intensity: Low

Bar StrengthTuesdays and Thursdays from 8am-9am-Studio ABar Strength: Full Body resistance workout using a weighted bar. Lean out, build strength, and get fit. *Intensity: Moderate-High

Senior Circuit StrengthTuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-11:15am-Studio BSenior Circuit Strength: Fitness designed for older adults who are active and want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. All classes offer an optional chair used for seated or standing support and may be used for stretching and relaxation exercises. *Intensity: Low-Moderate (Senior Fitness 55+)
